A 37-storey result, measured in project terms.
For Locust 8, a Hi-Rise Group and Fengate project, Structure Pal examined an above-ground reinforced-concrete scope of 18,300 yd³ (14,000 m³). The result was less concrete, lower hard cost, and a material reduction in embodied CO₂.

A 53-storey result in down town Toronto
"Our firm worked with Structure pal on the 170 Roehampton project, a 53-storey residential tower in Toronto, to identify more efficient structural framing solutions. Structure pal’s early involvement in the design process helped minimize unnecessary redesign and rework. Through a collaborative approach with Sweeny&Co Architects, Ownership and Structure Pal, we were able to identify significant opportunities for concrete and reinforcing steel savings across the project. Their innovative approach to structural optimization and ability to integrate into the design process made them a valuable partner to our team."
